The Spiti Valley is located high in the Himalayan mountains, north east India. The name ‘Spiti’ means ‘The Middle Land’ and so named as it lies between Tibet and India. As one of India’s most remote locations, the Spiti Valley landscape is very rugged with challenging terrain. The sheer scale of untouched beauty in this area makes this adventure completely worthwhile, not to mention the interesting characters and fascinating cultures we experience along the way.
