About the Culture Vulture Motorcycle Tour in Sri Lanka

A 10-day tailor-made itinerary for those eager to explore the cultural facets of Sri Lanka on a Royal Enfield. A fairly easy ride, rich in culture and local tradition.

We start in Galle on the south coast, and after getting to know our bike through a pleasant ride to Udawalawe, we head towards the heart of the Island spending the first nights in Ella and Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England”.

We head north to reach the Cultural Triangle, riding through the Unesco conservation area of the Knuckles Mountain Range before getting to Dambulla, Sigirya & Polonnaruwa to visit the ancient capitals & fortresses.

The last riding day takes us to Kandy, home of the Buddhist Temple of the Tooth,  from where we take a train ride to Colombo and spend the last night at one of the Asian’s Classic Hotels “The Galle Face Hotel”.

The ideal motorcycle adventure for the Culture Vulture.
