    What Our Customers Say

"The tour of Sri Lanka we enjoyed in March 2024 was an absolute rip snorting good time! With some exciting riding and a great range of outstanding hotels to ensure we faced each new day in great spirits. Ben and Simone were fabulous hosts while Malith, Avo, Ruwan and Roshan all ensured we stayed on track (well most of the time) and kept a smile on our faces."

    Ian Chapman

"Just completed the Sri Lanka Ancient Kingdoms & the North tour. Amazing trip. The entire tour was organised brilliantly. Great bikes, food, accommodation and support crew. Great time all round. Totally recommend."

    Ashley Wilson

"For riders who don’t usually do groups (like us), we can only say that we would do it all again with Extreme.

    Ann & Mac MacPherson

“I must say that having just completed this wonderful tour it really is a 10/10 for Extreme Bike Tours . I’ve previously completed over 25+ tours with some of the industry leaders all over the world and would rate EBT the best by far. Thank you”

About the Sri Lanka Grand Tour

In South Asia, just off the Indian coasts, lies a tropical island known as the “Pearl of the Indian Ocean” – Sri Lanka.

The island nation stretches about 432 kilometres from north to south and about 224 kilometres from east to west at its widest points, covering a total land area of approximately 65,610 square kilometres.

With over 100,000 kilometres of well-paved roads, gravel tracks, and rural dirt paths, ranging from sea level to 2,000 metres above, Sri Lanka’s diverse flora and fauna, including tropical rainforests and endemic species, along with warm local hospitality, offer the ultimate riding experience.

The ‘Sri Lanka Grand Tour’ is an exclusive 22-day adventure exploring the island on the legendary Royal Enfield 350cc Classic, designed to take in all that the island has to offer.

Starting from Galle Fort on the southern coast, journey through national parks and tea plantations, ascending to altitudes of up to 1,800 metres and encountering glimpses of rural life in the central hills.

The Cultural Triangle in the island’s centre offers a journey through time, exploring ancient civilization remains, while the northern dry zone reveals territories and cultures unknown to the common traveller.

Relaxing at Sri Lanka’s pristine beaches, savouring cold drinks, good food, and carefully selected hotels, adds a touch of luxury and allows you to recharge after many days on the road.

A mix of short and long riding days, balanced with rest days for sightseeing, all supported by a knowledgeable and expert team, completes the epic Grand Tour of Sri Lanka.
