Ben has always loved the icon that is the Royal Enfield, first discovered during his years travelling around India. He has known Zander, the founder of Extreme Bike tours, for many years so when the chance came to get on board it was an easy decision. Now he resides in Sri Lanka and after joining Team Extreme has added Sri Lanka to the Extreme list of tours.
John has been riding for over 20 years and has travelled the world extensively especially Europe, Asia and South America. Formerly a city trader but swapped screens and keyboards for visors and gloves. As a London commuter, John has much experience of driving Ducatis, KTMs, Bandits amongst others through busy cities, so relishes a bit of chaos!
Simone grew up in Italy, and after nomading between Sri Lanka, Singapore, Germany and Switzerland, he's now settled in Sri Lanka from where he runs Extreme Bike Tours' marketing and PR operations as well as research and development of new tours. Simone is also the founder of an online magazine dedicated to Motorcycles & Travel (revntravel.com).
Malith is Team Extreme’s “Fixer”, our Sri Lankan expert. He’s the one who finds all the solutions while on the road, from finding the most traditional restaurants to alternative roads. When not riding he ensures that our fleet is in good condition, orders spare parts and checks new bikes. His first overseas experience was on the 2019 Mongolian tours.
Nadia is our PR Star based in Italy and is developing our network in Europe. Thanks to her we have recently launched the 1st Women's Tour in Sri Lanka. She had only recently become a motorcycles enthusiast but have already put a few km under her wheels.
Rosaria has been into bikes her whole life and in the past few years she has launched a few initiatives to attract and involve more Italian women into motorcycles. She is President of WIMA Italy, Host of the DGR in Rome, Founder of Donne Special Mitocicliste, Organizer of the Babes Great Escape.
Greg is an expert of Sri Lanka having lived in the country for many years now and knows his way throughout the island . Greg is also the Director of a football club based in Hong Kong: HK Dragons. He's a very talented coach that dedicates a lot of time to the development of young talents.
Ruwan is our trusted mechanic, he can dismantle and assemble a Royal Enfield with his eyes closed. He takes care of Extreme’s Royal Enfields both on the road and when parked in his warehouse. He also has great experience out in the field and his bush mechanics are second to none.
